Individual Therapy
Individual therapy: Individual therapy can be defined as the working relationship between a helper and a client that exists to help the client reach a desired goal. This relationship is unbiased and without judgment working only to help the individual identify improvements that would increase the quality of their life. This is a collaborative relationship that focuses on respect for each individual’s personal perspective and focuses on building trust. The benefits of Individual therapy consist of:
